Hadith #45284
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا، عَنْ حَجَّاجِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ حُجَيَّةَ بْنِ عَدِيٍّ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، أَنَّ الْعَبَّاسَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ، سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي تَعْجِيلِ صَدَقَتِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَحِلَّ فَرَخَّصَ لَهُ.
Saeed bin Mansour told us, Ismail bin Zakaria told us, on the authority of Hajjaj bin Dinar, on the authority of Al-Hakam, on the authority of Hajiya bin Adiy, on the authority of Ali, that Al-Abbas bin Abdul-Muttalib asked the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, to expedite his alms before it was permissible, so he granted him permission.
