حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، أَنْبَأَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسْنَاءِ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ حَنَشٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ أَمَرَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ أُضَحِّيَ عَنْهُ فَأَنَا أُضَحِّي عَنْهُ أَبَدًا.
Aswad bin Amir told us, Sharik told us, on the authority of Abu Al-Hasna, on the authority of Al-Hakam, on the authority of Hanash, on the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him. He said, “Command me.” The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, asked me to sacrifice on his behalf, and I will sacrifice on his behalf forever.
