حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ، حَدَّثَنَا رِزَامُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ التَّيْمِيُّ، عَنْ جَوَّابٍ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ شَرِيكٍ يَعْنِي التَّيْمِيَّ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ كُنْتُ رَجُلًا مَذَّاءً فَسَأَلْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ إِذَا حَذَفْتَ فَاغْتَسِلْ مِنْ الْجَنَابَةِ وَإِذَا لَمْ تَكُنْ حَاذِفًا فَلَا تَغْتَسِلْ.
Abu Ahmad narrated to us, Rizam bin Saeed Al-Taymi narrated to us, on the authority of Al-Taymi’s answer, on the authority of Yazid bin Sharik, meaning Al-Taymi, on the authority of Ali, he said I was a man who had cleansed water, so I asked the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and he said, “If you cleaned water, then wash yourself from ritual impurity, and if you did not clean water Do not wash yourself...
