حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ حُنَيْنٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ نَهَانِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ التَّخَتُّمِ بِالذَّهَبِ وَعَنْ لِبَاسِ الْقَسِّيِّ وَعَنْ الْقِرَاءَةِ فِي الرُّكُوعِ وَالسُّجُودِ وَعَنْ لِبَاسِ الْمُعَصْفَرِ.
Abdul Razzaq told us, Muammar told us, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, on the authority of Ibrahim bin Abdullah bin Hunayn, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Ali bin Abi Talib, May God be pleased with him. He said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, forbade me from wearing gold seals, from wearing the priest’s clothing, and from Reciting while bowing and prostrating, and about wearing safflower clothing.
