Hadith #45529
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ هَانِئِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ كُنَّا جُلُوسًا عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَجَاءَهُ عَمَّارٌ فَاسْتَأْذَنَ فَقَالَ ائْذَنُوا لَهُ مَرْحَبًا بِالطَّيِّبِ الْمُطَيَّبِ.
Waki` narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of Hani bin Hani, on the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him, who said: We were sitting with the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. May God bless him and grant him peace. Then Ammar came to him and asked for permission, and he said, “Give permission to him, welcoming the perfumed and fragrant man.”
