حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، ح و حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ، قَالَ و حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى الثَّعْلَبِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي جَمِيلَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ خَادِمًا، لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَجَرَتْ فَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ أُقِيمَ عَلَيْهَا الْحَدَّ فَوَجَدْتُهَا لَمْ تَجِفَّ مِنْ دَمِهَا فَأَتَيْتُهُ فَذَكَرْتُ لَهُ فَقَالَ إِذَا جَفَّتْ مِنْ دَمِهَا فَأَقِمْ عَلَيْهَا الْحَدَّ أَقِيمُوا الْحُدُودَ عَلَى مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ وَهَذَا لَفْظُ حَدِيثِ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَالْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ أَبِي جَمِيلَةَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ أُخْبِرَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِأَمَةٍ لَهُ فَجَرَتْ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ.
Abdullah narrated to us, Ishaq bin Ibrahim narrated to us, Waki’ narrated to us, on the authority of Sufyan, H., Abdullah narrated to us, he said, Abu Khaythamah narrated to me, Yazid bin Harun narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, on the authority of Abd al-Ala al-Thaalabi, on the authority of Abu Jamila, on the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him, that As a servant of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, she committed adultery, so he ordered me to perform the punishment on her. I found that she had not dried any of her blood, so I went to him and mentioned it to him. So he said, “When she has dried up some of her blood, then carry out the punishment upon her. Establish the punishment for what your right hands have possessed,” and this is the wording of the hadith of Isaac. Bin Ismail. Abdullah told us, Abu Bakr bin Abi Shaybah and Al-Abbas bin Al-Walid told us, they said: Abu Al-Ahwas told us, on the authority of Abdul-Ala, on the authority of Abu Jamila, on the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him, said: The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, was informed of a nation of his that had become unrighteous, so he mentioned Hadith...
