Hadith #45767
Muhammad bin Abi Adi told us, on the authority of Muhammad bin Ishaq, Aban bin Salih told me, on the authority of Ikrimah, he said: I stood with Hussein and did not stop. I heard him say, “Labbayk” until he stoned the Jamarat, so I said, “O Abu Abdullah, what is this crescent moon?” He said, “I heard Ali bin Abi Talib, may God be pleased with him.” On the authority of him, he performed the ihram until he reached the Jamarat, and he told me that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, performed the ihram until he reached it.
