حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، حَدَّثَنَا حُصَيْنُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَعَنَ آكِلَ الرِّبَا وَمُوكِلَهُ وَشَاهِدَيْهِ وَكَاتِبَهُ وَالْمُحِلَّ وَالْمُحَلَّلَ لَهُ وَالْوَاشِمَةَ وَالْمُسْتَوْشِمَةَ وَمَانِعَ الصَّدَقَةِ وَنَهَى عَنْ النَّوْحِ.
Abu Sa`id narrated to us, Hushaym narrated to us, Husayn bin Abdul Rahman narrated to us, on the authority of Al-Sha’bi, on the authority of Al-Harith, on the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him, that The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, cursed the one who consumes usury, the one who pays it, its two witnesses, the one who writes it down, the one who pays it, the one who makes it lawful, and the one who mentions it. And the one who has a tattoo, and the one who prevents charity, and he forbids lamentation.
