حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ حَاطِبٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ لَمَّا نَزَلَتْ {ثُمَّ إِنَّكُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عِنْدَ رَبِّكُمْ تَخْتَصِمُونَ} قَالَ الزُّبَيْرُ أَيْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَعَ خُصُومَتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا قَالَ نَعَمْ وَلَمَّا نَزَلَتْ {ثُمَّ لَتُسْأَلُنَّ يَوْمَئِذٍ عَنْ النَّعِيمِ} قَالَ الزُّبَيْرُ أَيْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَيُّ نَعِيمٍ نُسْأَلُ عَنْهُ وَإِنَّمَا يَعْنِي هُمَا الْأَسْوَدَانِ التَّمْرُ وَالْمَاءُ قَالَ أَمَا إِنَّ ذَلِكَ سَيَكُونُ.
Sufyan told us, on the authority of Muhammad bin Amr, on the authority of Yahya bin Abdul Rahman bin Hatib, on the authority of Ibn al-Zubayr, on the authority of al-Zubayr, may God be pleased with him He said when it was revealed {Then on the Day of Resurrection you will dispute with your Lord} Al-Zubayr, meaning the Messenger of God, said, “With our opponents in This world, he said, yes, and when it descended {Then you will be asked on that day about bliss} Al-Zubair, meaning the Messenger of God, said: What bliss will we be asked about, but it is only He means that they are the two lions, dates and water. He said, “But that will happen.”
