Hadith #48407
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِذَا قَامَ أَحَدُكُمْ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَلْيَفْتَحِ الصَّلَاة بِرَكْعَتَيْنِ خفيفتين. رَوَاهُ مُسلم
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “If one of you gets up during the night, let him begin the prayer.” Two light prayers. Narrated by Muslim
