وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَوْ بِعْتَ مِنْ أَخِيكَ ثَمَرًا فَأَصَابَتْهُ جَائِحَةٌ فَلَا يَحِلُّ لَكَ أَنْ تَأْخُذَ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا بِمَ تَأْخُذُ مَالَ أَخِيكَ بِغَيْرِ حقٍ؟» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم
On his authority, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “If you sell fruit to your brother and an epidemic strikes him, it is not permissible for you to take it from him.” Why do you take your brother’s money unlawfully? . Narrated by Muslim
