Hadith #48504
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, he said: (The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, wanted to observe Ramadan without ordering them to do so. With determination, he says: “Whoever observes Ramadan out of faith and seeking reward, his previous sins will be forgiven, and the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, died And peace be upon him, and the matter was like that during the caliphate of Abu Bakr and after the caliphate of Omar was like that.
