وَعَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الرَّاكِبُ يَسِيرُ خَلْفَ الْجَنَازَةِ والماشي يمشي خلفهَا وأمامها وَعَن يَمِينهَا وَعَن يسارها قَرِيبا مِنْهَا وَالسَّقْطُ يُصَلَّى عَلَيْهِ وَيُدْعَى لِوَالِدَيْهِ بِالْمَغْفِرَةِ وَالرَّحْمَةِ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَفِي رِوَايَةِ أَحْمَدَ وَالتِّرْمِذِيِّ وَالنَّسَائِيّ وَابْن مَاجَه قَالَ: «الرَّاكِب خلف الْجِنَازَة وَالْمَاشِي حَيْثُ شَاءَ مِنْهَا وَالطِّفْلُ يُصَلَّى عَلَيْهِ» وَفِي المصابيح عَن الْمُغيرَة بن زِيَاد
On the authority of Al-Mughirah bin Shu’bah that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “The rider walks behind the funeral procession, and the walker walks behind it, in front of it, to its right, and to its left, shortly.” Including the miscarriage, prayers are offered over him, and supplications are made for his parents with forgiveness and mercy.” Narrated by Abu Dawud and in a narration Ahmad, al-Tirmidhi, al-Nasa’i, and Ibn Majah said: “The rider is behind the funeral procession and the one who walks wherever he wants from it, and the child is prayed over.” And in al-Masabah on the authority of al-Mughirah ibn Ziyad
