Hadith #48603
وَعَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ: كَانَتْ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خُطْبَتَانِ يَجْلِسُ بَيْنَهُمَا يقْرَأ الْقُرْآن وَيذكر النَّاس فَكَانَت صلَاته قصدا وخطبته قصدا. رَوَاهُ مُسلم
On the authority of Jabir bin Samurah, he said: The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, gave two sermons, during which he sat reading the Qur’an and reminding the people, so his prayer and his sermon were intentional. Narrated by Muslim
