Hadith #48716
On the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her, she said: Whenever the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, saw any part of the sky, meaning the clouds, he would abandon what he did. He faced it and said: “O God, I seek refuge in You from the evil of what is in it.” If it was raining, he would praise God, and if it rained, he would say: “O God, provide beneficial watering.” Narrated by Abu Dawud, Al-Nasa’i, Ibn Majah, and Al-Shafi’i, and the wording is his.
