Hadith #49011
عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: مَرَّ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِتَمْرَةٍ فِي الطَّرِيقِ فَقَالَ: «لَوْلَا أَنِّي أَخَافُ أَنْ تَكُونَ مِنَ الصَّدَقَةِ لأكلتها»
On the authority of Anas, who said: The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, passed by a date on the way and said: “If I were not afraid that it would be charity, I would have eaten it.”
