Mishkat al-Masabih — Hadith #49031
Hadith #49031
On the authority of Ibn Umar, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said while he was on the pulpit while mentioning charity and refraining from begging: “The hand The upper hand is better than the lower hand, and the upper hand is the one who spends and the lower hand is the beggar.”
