Hadith #49088
On the authority of Anas, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “There is no Muslim who plants a tree or sows crops, and then a person or a bird eats from it.” Or an animal, unless it is charity for him.” And in a narration by Muslim on the authority of Jabir: “And whatever is stolen from him is given as charity.”
