Hadith #49340
وَعَنْ فَرْوَةَ بْنِ نَوْفَلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّهُ قَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ عَلِّمْنِي شَيْئًا أَقُولُهُ إِذَا أَوَيْتُ إِلَى فِرَاشِي. فَقَالَ: «اقْرَأْ (قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ)
فَإِنَّهَا بَرَاءَةٌ مِنَ الشِّرْكِ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ وَأَبُو دَاوُد والدارمي
On the authority of Farwa bin Nawfal, on the authority of his father: He said: O Messenger of God, teach me something that I should say when I go to bed. He said: “Read (Say, O disbelievers)
For it is a release from polytheism.” Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud and Al-Darimi.
