Hadith #49384
On the authority of Ibn Jurayj, on the authority of Ibn Abi Mulaika, on the authority of Umm Salamah, she said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, used to interrupt his recitation and say: Praise be to God. Lord of the Worlds. Then he stands and says: The Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Then he stands. Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi and said: Its chain of transmission is not connected. Because Al-Layth narrated this hadith on the authority of Ibn Abi Mulaykah, on the authority of Ya’la bin Mamluk, on the authority of Umm Salamah, and the hadith of Al-Layth is more authentic.
