Hadith #49457
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «الشَّيْطَانُ جَاثِمٌ عَلَى قَلْبِ ابْنِ آدَمَ فَإِذَا ذَكَرَ اللَّهَ خَنَسَ وَإِذا غفَلَ وسوس» . رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيّ تَعْلِيقا
On the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Satan is perched on the heart of the son of Adam. When he mentions God, he despises, and when he neglects Sous. Narrated by Al-Bukhari in commentary
