Hadith #49527
On the authority of Bilal bin Yasar bin Zaid, the servant of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said: My father told me on the authority of my grandfather that he heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, say: Whoever says: I ask forgiveness from God, besides whom there is no god, the Ever-Living, the Ever-Sustaining, and I repent to Him, he will be forgiven, even if he has fled from “Crawling.” It was narrated by Al-Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud, but it is according to Abu Dawud Hilal bin Yasar, and Al-Tirmidhi said: This is a strange hadith.
