وَعَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَا تَبِيعُوا الْقَيْنَاتِ وَلَا تَشْتَرُوهُنَّ وَلَا تُعَلِّمُوهُنَّ وَثَمَنُهُنَّ حَرَامٌ وَفِي مِثْلِ هَذَا نَزَلَتْ: (وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنْ يَشْتَرِي لهْوَ الحَديثِ) رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالتِّرْمِذِيُّ وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ وَقَالَ التِّرْمِذِيُّ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ وَعلي بن يزِيد الرواي يُضَعَّفُ فِي الْحَدِيثِ
On the authority of Abu Umamah, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Do not sell the Qaynat, nor buy them, nor teach them about them, for their price is forbidden, and it is Like this, it was revealed: (And among the people is he who buys idle talk.) Narrated by Ahmad, Al-Tirmidhi, and Ibn Majah, and Al-Tirmidhi said This is a strange hadith, and Ali bin Yazid, the narrator, is weak in the hadith.
