وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَن بَيْعِ حَبَلِ الْحَبَلَةِ وَكَانَ بَيْعًا يَتَبَايَعُهُ أَهْلُ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ كَانَ الرَّجُلُ يَبْتَاعُ الْجَزُورَ إِلَى أَنْ تُنتَجَ النَّاقةُ ثمَّ تُنتَجُ الَّتِي فِي بطنِها
On the authority of Ibn Omar, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, forbade the sale of the rope of a pregnant woman, and it was a sale that the people of pre-Islamic times sold. He buys carrots until the camel produces, then produces what is in its belly.
