وَعَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَن بيْعِ المضطرِّ وعنْ بيْعِ الغَرَرِ وَعَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرَةِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تُدْرِكَ. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد
On the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, forbade the sale of someone in need, the sale of deception, and the sale of fruit before it is realized. Narrated by Abu Dawood
