Hadith #50092
وَعَن حَكِيم بن حزَام أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعَثَ مَعَهُ بِدِينَارٍ لِيَشْتَرِيَ لَهُ بِهِ أُضْحِيَّةً فَاشْتَرَى كَبْشًا بِدِينَارٍ وَبَاعَهُ بِدِينَارَيْنِ فَرَجَعَ فَاشْتَرَى أُضْحِيَّةً بِدِينَارٍ فَجَاءَ بِهَا وَبِالدِّينَارِ الَّذِي اسْتَفْضَلَ من الْأُخْرَى فَتصدق رَسُول الله صلى بِالدِّينَارِ فَدَعَا لَهُ أَنْ يُبَارَكَ لَهُ فِي تِجَارَته. رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ
On the authority of Hakim bin Hazzam, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, sent with him a dinar to buy him a sacrifice, so he bought a ram for a dinar and sold it. With two dinars, he went back and bought a sacrifice for a dinar, so he brought it and the dinar that was better than the other, so the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, gave it in charity. With the dinar, he prayed for him to be blessed in his business. Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi
