Hadith #50103
وَعَن سَمُرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ وَجَدَ عَيْنَ مَالِهِ عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ وَيَتَّبِعُ الْبَيِّعُ مَنْ بَاعَهُ» . رَوَاهُ أَحْمد وَأَبُو دَاوُد وَالنَّسَائِيّ
On the authority of Samurah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, he said: “Whoever finds the same amount of money with a man has more right to it, and the sale shall be followed by the one who sold it.” Narrated by Ahmad, Abu Dawood and Al-Nasa’i.
