Hadith #50132
On the authority of Rafi’ ibn Khadij, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, who said: “Whoever plants in a people’s land without their permission does not get any of the crops, and he has the right to I spent it.” It was narrated by Al-Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud, and Al-Tirmidhi said: This is a strange hadith.
