Hadith #50196
وَعَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا يَرِثُ الْمُسْلِمُ الْكَافِرَ وَلَا الْكَافِرُ الْمُسْلِمَ»
On the authority of Osama bin Zaid, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “A Muslim does not inherit from an infidel, nor does an infidel inherit from a Muslim.”
