عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى أَنْ تُنْكَحَ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا أَوِ الْعَمَّةُ عَلَى بِنْتِ أَخِيهَا وَالْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى خَالَتِهَا أَوِ الْخَالَةُ عَلَى بِنْتِ أُخْتِهَا لَا تُنْكَحُ الصُّغْرَى عَلَى الْكُبْرَى وَلَا الْكُبْرَى عَلَى الصُّغْرَى. رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ والدارمي وَالنَّسَائِيّ وَرِوَايَته إِلَى قَوْله: بنت أُخْتهَا
On the authority of Abu Hurairah: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade a woman to marry her paternal aunt or a paternal aunt to her brother’s daughter. A woman may not marry a younger woman to her maternal aunt, or a maternal aunt to her sister’s daughter, or a younger woman to her eldest woman, nor an older woman to a younger woman. He narrated it Al-Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud, Al-Darimi, Al-Nasa’i, and his narration up to his saying: her sister’s daughter.
