وَعَن جذامة بِنْتِ وَهْبٍ قَالَتْ: حَضَرْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي أُنَاسٍ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ: «لقد هَمَمْت أَن أَنْهَى عَنِ الْغِيلَةِ فَنَظَرْتُ فِي الرُّومِ وَفَارِسَ فَإِذَا هُمْ يُغِيلُونَ أَوْلَادَهُمْ فَلَا يَضُرُّ أَوْلَادَهُمْ ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا» . ثُمَّ سَأَلُوهُ عَنِ الْعَزْلِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " ذَلِكَ الوأد الْخَفي وَهِي (وَإِذا الموؤودة سُئِلت)

On the authority of Judama bint Wahb, she said: I attended the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, with some people, and he said: “I was about to forbid backbiting, so I looked into By the Romans and Persians, then if they are making their children gossip, this will not harm their children in the least.” Then they asked him about isolation, and the Messenger of God said: May God’s prayers and peace be upon him: “That is the hidden affection, and it is (and when the one who is loving is asked) Narrated by Muslim
