Hadith #50483
On the authority of Ruwaif bin Thabit Al-Ansari, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said on the day of Hunayn: “It is not permissible for a person who believes in God And the Last Day is for him to irrigate the water of someone else’s crops,” meaning to bring to pregnant women, “and it is not permissible for a person who believes in God and the Last Day to fall on A woman of captivity until he exonerates her. It is not lawful for a man who believes in God and the Last Day to sell spoils of war until it is divided.” It was narrated by Abu Dawud and narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, up to his saying: “He planted something else.”
