Hadith #50614
On the authority of Tawoos, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, on the authority of the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, he said: “Whoever is killed in the blind by throwing stones or Flogging with whips or hitting with a stick is a mistake of a wrong mind, and whoever kills intentionally is a slave, and whoever prevents him is subject to the curse of God. And no expression or justice will be accepted from his anger.” Narrated by Abu Dawud and Al-Nasa’i
