وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: غَزَوْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ فَأَتَتِ الْيَهُودُ فَشَكَوْا أَنَّ النَّاسَ قَدْ أَسْرَعُوا إِلَى خَضَائِرِهِمْ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَلَا لَا يَحِلُّ أَمْوَالُ المعاهِدينَ إِلاَّ بحقِّها» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد
On his authority, he said: I attacked with the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, on the day of Khaybar, and the Jews came and complained that the people had hastened to their barracks, so he said The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The property of the contracting parties is not permissible except by right of it.” Narrated by Abu Dawood
