Hadith #51364
On the authority of the bereaved Al-Amiri, he came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and said: What is permissible for us of the dead? He said: “What do you eat?” We said: We will go to bed and wake up in the morning. Abu Nu`aym said: Uqba explained it to me: a portion in the morning and a portion in the evening. He said: “That and my father is hunger,” so he made it lawful for them. Dead in this state. Narrated by Abu Dawood
