Hadith #51675
عَن عُرْوَة بن عَامر قَالَ: ذُكِرَتِ الطِّيَرَةُ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ:
" أَحْسَنُهَا الْفَأْلُ وَلَا تَرُدُّ مُسْلِمًا فَإِذَا رَأَى أَحَدُكُمْ مَا يَكْرَهُ فَلْيَقُلْ: اللَّهُمَّ لَا يَأْتِي بِالْحَسَنَاتِ إِلَّا أَنْتَ وَلَا يَدْفَعُ السَّيِّئَاتِ إِلَّا أَنْتَ وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ ". رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ
On the authority of Urwa bin Aamer, he said: The bird was mentioned in the presence of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and he said: “The best of it is an omen and it does not turn away a Muslim. So if he sees If one of you dislikes it, let him say: O God, no one brings good deeds except You, and no one repels evil deeds except You, and there is no power or strength. Except by Allah.” Narrated by Abu Dawud
