Hadith #52132
وَعَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ عَائِشَةَ: مَا كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَصْنَعُ فِي بَيْتِهِ؟ قَالَتْ: كَانَ يَكُونُ فِي مَهْنَةِ أَهْلِهِ - تَعْنِي خدمَة أَهله - فَإِذا حضرت الصَّلَاة خرج إِلَى الصَّلَاة. رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيّ
Concerning lions, he said: I asked Aisha: What did the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, make in his house? She said: He was in his family’s profession - meaning serving his family - so when prayer came, he would go out to pray. Narrated by Al-Bukhari
