وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو - رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا- قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ لَا يَتَوَارَثُ أَهْلُ مِلَّتَيْنِ } رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ , وَالْأَرْبَعَةُ إِلَّا اَلتِّرْمِذِيَّ . 1 .1 - حسن . رواه أحمد ( 2 / 178 و 195 ) ، وأبو داود ( 2911 ) ، والنسائي في " الكبرى " ( 4 / 82 ) ، وابن ماجه ( 2731 ) وزادوا جميعا إلا ابن ماجه : " شتى " . وزاد ابن الجارود في روايته ( 967 ) : " والمرأة ترث من دية زوجها وماله ، وهو يرث من ديتها ومالها ما لم يقتل أحدهما صاحبه، فإن قتل أحدهما صاحبه لم يرث من ديته وماله شيئا، وإن قتل أحدهما صاحبه خطأ، ورث من ماله، ولم يرث من ديته" . وسندها حسن أيضا.
According to Abdullah ibn Amr, Allah may be pleased with both of them: Allah says: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) bless him and give him peace." He narrated four except for Ahmad and Tirmidhi. 1.1 - Hassan. Ahmad (2/178 and 195), Abu Dawood (2911), al-Nasai "Al-Qubra" (4/82) and Ibn Majah (2731), except for Ibn Majah, they all added: "Various." Ibn al-Zarud added to his description (967): "The woman inherits from her husband's blood money and her money, and she inherits from her blood money and her money until none of them kill her friend, if any of them kill her friend, she will not get anything from her blood money and her money and if any of them kill her friend by mistake, she does not kill her friend from her blood money." The chain of transmission is also good.
