حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ فَاطِمَةَ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا جَاءَتْ أَبَا بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا تَطْلُبُ مِيرَاثَهَا مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَا إِنَّا سَمِعْنَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ إِنِّي لَا أُورَثُ.
Abdul Wahhab bin Ata told us, he said Muhammad bin Amr told us, on the authority of Abu Salamah, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, that Fatima, may God be pleased with her, told us On her authority, she came to Abu Bakr and Omar, may God be pleased with them, requesting her inheritance from the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and they said, “We have heard.” The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, says that I will not bequeath any inheritance.
