Hadith #44633
Musa bin Dawud narrated to us, Ibn Lahi’ah narrated to us, on the authority of Abu Al-Zubayr, on the authority of Jabir, that Omar bin Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, told him that, He saw a man performing ablution for prayer, but he left a place of a nail on the back of his foot. The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, saw him and said, “Go back.” So, perform your ablution well. He went back and performed ablution and then prayed.
