حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ غَيْلَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا رِشْدِينُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْغَافِقِيُّ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ تَوَضَّأَ عَامَ تَبُوكَ وَاحِدَةً وَاحِدَةً.
Yahya bin Ghaylan told us, Rishdin bin Saad told us, Abu Abdullah Al-Ghafiqi told me, on the authority of Zayd bin Aslam, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Omar bin Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, on the authority of the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, that he performed ablution in the year of Tabuk, one by one.
