Hadith #44659
Al-Walid bin Muslim narrated to us, Al-Awza’i narrated to us, that Yahya bin Abi Kathir narrated to him on the authority of Ikrimah, the client of Ibn Abbas, who said: I heard Ibn Abbas, saying: I heard Omar bin Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, saying: I heard the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, while he was with agate. He said, “He came to me tonight coming from my Lord and said, ‘Pray in this blessed valley and perform Umrah in Hajj.’” Al-Walid said, meaning Dhul-Hulayfah.
