حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عِيسَى، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ مُحَرَّرِ بْنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ الْعَزْلِ عَنْ الْحُرَّةِ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهَا‏.‏
Ishaq bin Issa told us, Ibn Lahi’ah told us, on the authority of Ja’far bin Rabi’ah, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, on the authority of Muharrar bin Abi Hurairah, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Omar bin Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, said that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, forbade being isolated from a free woman except with her permission.
