Hadith #44875
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عِيسَى، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمُتَبَايِعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا أَوْ يَكُونُ الْبَيْعُ خِيَارًا‏.‏
Ishaq bin Isa told us, Malik told us, on the authority of Nafi’, on the authority of Ibn Umar, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: The two parties are willing to sell, unless they separate or the sale is an option.
