Hadith #45110
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ زِرِّ بْنِ حُبَيْشٍ، قَالَ قَالَ عَلِيٌّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ وَاللَّهِ إِنَّهُ مِمَّا عَهِدَ إِلَيَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ لَا يُبْغِضُنِي إِلَّا مُنَافِقٌ وَلَا يُحِبُّنِي إِلَّا مُؤْمِنٌ.
Ibn Numayr narrated to us, Al-A’mash narrated to us, on the authority of Adi bin Thabit, on the authority of Zirr bin Hubaysh, he said: Ali, may God be pleased with him, said: By God, it is among The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, made a covenant with me that only a hypocrite would hate me and only a believer would love me.
