Musnad Ahmad — Hadith #45127

Khalaf ibn al-Walid narrated to us, Abu Ja`far i.e. al-Razi narrated to us, on the authority of Husayn ibn Abd al-Rahman, on the authority of al-Sha`bi, on the authority of al-Harith, on the authority of a man, from The companions of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. He said, “There is no doubt, but that it is Ali, may God be pleased with him.” He said, “The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace,” was cursed. And peace be upon him, the one who consumes usury, the one who pays usury, the one who witnesses it, the one who writes it down, the tattooer, the tattooed woman, the one who makes it permissible, the one for whom it is permissible, the one who withholds charity, and he was He forbids lamentation
