Musnad Ahmad — Hadith #45133

Yahya bin Adam told us, Israel told us, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of Harithah bin Mudarib, on the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him. He said, “He sent me.” The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, went to Yemen, and I said, “O Messenger of God, you are sending me to a people who are older than me to judge among them.” He said, “Go, for God Almighty will strengthen your tongue and guide your heart.”
