حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَدْ عَفَوْتُ لَكُمْ عَنْ الْخَيْلِ وَالرَّقِيقِ فَهَاتُوا صَدَقَةَ الرِّقَّةِ مِنْ كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ دِرْهَمًا دِرْهَمًا وَلَيْسَ فِي تِسْعِينَ وَمِائَةٍ شَيْءٌ فَإِذَا بَلَغَتْ مِائَتَيْنِ فَفِيهَا خَمْسَةُ دَرَاهِمَ.
Surayj bin Al-Numan told us, Abu Awanah told us, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of Asim bin Damra, on the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him, he said, The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, I have pardoned you about horses and slaves, so give the slave zakat for every forty dirhams. A dirham, but not one hundred and ninety dirhams. If it reaches two hundred, then five dirhams are included.
