حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ إِنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمْ يُحَرِّمْ الضَّبَّ وَلَكِنْ قَذِرَهُ و قَالَ غَيْرُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الْيَشْكُرِيِّ‏.‏
Muhammad bin Jafar told us, Saeed told us, on the authority of Qatada, on the authority of Suleiman, on the authority of Jabir bin Abdullah, that Omar bin Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him He said that the Prophet of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, did not forbid lizards, but he made them filthy, and someone other than Muhammad said on the authority of Suleiman Al-Yashkari
