Hadith #45224
Muhammad bin Jafar told us, Saeed, meaning Ibn Abi Arouba, told us, on the authority of Al-Hakam bin Utaiba, on the authority of Abd al-Rahman bin Abi Laila, on the authority of Ali Ibn Abi Talib, may God be pleased with him, said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, commanded me to sell two young brothers, so I sold them. I separated them and mentioned that to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. He said, “Get them and return them and do not sell them except all together.”
